Since a few years Rome is becoming one of the most active Italian centres for contemporary architecture.
Some works have been completed and others are under construction, most of them have been designed by renowned architects such as Massimiliano Fuksas, Renzo Piano, Richard Meier, Zaha Hadid, Odile Decq, Rem Koolhaas, Santiago Calatrava, King & Roselli. We are a team of experienced local architecture guides, who have been successfully doing architecture tours in Rome since 2005 for architects, engineers and builders, companies, students and those who have the desire to explore the city in a different way.We offer half-day, one-day or multiple-day tours in German, English, Italian and Dutch. You can choose between Ready to Book Tours, themed tours on specific topics or customized tours. The tours can be combined with each other and complemented with other activities, such as visits on building sites, lectures and talks.

Sabine Kühne
was born in Germany and gratuated in Art history in Rome where she did her studies and lives. She studied Interior Design at IED Istituto Italiano del Design and Lighting Design at Faculty of Architecture 'La Sapienza' in Rome. Since 1999 she is a licenced guide and a professional of cultural tourism for Rome and the Province of Rome. Currently she is planning, organizing and doing tours as well as study trips in and around Rome. Before becoming a partner in GARoma, she worked for GaRoma and its predecessor Arcult as a freelance guide since 2008.
Nicola Luigi Panetta
was born in Italy and graduated from the Faculty of Architecture 'La Sapienza' in Rome. He has worked as an architect in the Netherlands and on many projects in Rome studying the contemporary city in Italy, Rome in particular. Winner of two international competitions in Greece. Participated in Oregon University's architecture programme in Italy. Taught Architectural Technician at Cesarch in Rome. He collaborates as a guide of modern architecture mainly with foreign universities, sector specialists and architects in Italian English and Dutch. He is currently also working for his own architecture firm between the Netherlands and Italy.
