Climate Smart Hyllie

Hyllie is the southern expansion of Malmö, located at the foot of the Øresund bridge. This new urban development has the perfect location to provide new housing and public buildings to the larger Øresund region. This new hub aspires to become the most climate-smart neighbourhood in the region. The area is under the influence of a so-called climate contract, committing to rely solely on renewable and recycled energy.
