Welcome to Munich art district, where art, culture and knowledge are concentrated at close quarters like in no other city in Germany. Sixteen museums and exhibition venues, more than 40 galleries and cultural institutes as well as six colleges and universities extend across the area between Königsplatz and Museum Brandhorst.

Our public tour provides an overview of current developments in the district, including Lenbachhaus, which was reopened in 2013, and the NS Dokumentationszentrum, scheduled to open in 2015 on the site of the former NSDAP party headquarters. Tours inside the HFF University of Television and Film Munich and the Egyptian Museum as well as the prominent building of Museum Brandhorst are the exciting highlights of this tour.
