Tour in Munich:
Prinz-Eugen-Park and the Model Timber Settlement

Prinz-Eugen-Park, a former barracks site in the northeast of Munich, offers an attractive environment in many respects, with 1,800 apartments for approximately 4,000 residents.
The model timber settlement is located in the southern section of the area. With a total of eight buildings and 570 apartments, all built out of wood or wood hybrid construction, this settlement is the largest coherent wooden building settlement in Germany. The innovative project, funded by the city of Munich, sets new standards in ecological construction. This model settlement aims to contribute to climate protection and sustainable urban development.

We offer exclusive tours through the Prinz-Eugen-Park as well as the ecological model timber settlement and provide you with background knowledge about timber construction in terms of construction, fire protection and sound insulation.
